Morning

  • Self-care.  Head really hurts.  Combed the shit out of my scalp but NO PLUCKING.
  • Skin's really bad right now and hurts a lot
  • Got shit done
  • Shipped package to Andrew Bell (150)
  • Made appoint with Dr. Hsia for monday, April 19th

Afternoon
  • Went to Richmond
  • Spent 20 bucks at ChinaWorld
  • Spent X bucks at Walmart
  • Spent 0 bucks at T&T because I ran into Lyds who bought me food and we hung and my head didn't hurt and it was awesome. 
  • Then my battery died and I had to spend 200 bucks on a new battery.  Fuck.

Really good day.  I just need to make my self-care my productive.

I still have a neck problem that is causing me life limiting problems - the gagging  - the skin problems - the neck pain problems - connective tissue disorder..... or abnormal pressure on skin facilitated by spinal column / shoulder girdle misalignment in T1 Rib area Dear Dr. Helper, When I first came to see you in 2018, I was in really really bad shape.  I knew there was something really wrong with my neck and the primary symptom was fatigue. - Good start 12:28pm - JP wants to sell her car.  Lets do this.
